At NRS Bargarh, we provide website-making services only after explaining the service details and showing a demo or sample idea to the customer. Once the customer understands the service and confirms the order, the project work begins.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.
NRS Bargarh follows a No Refund Policy.
Once payment is made and the project work has started, the amount paid will not be refunded.
This is because website creation requires our valuable time, planning, designing, training, customization, communication, and technical work.
We sell our services only after showing or explaining the website demo, sample, features, design idea, or service details.
This means the customer already understands what they are getting before making the payment.
After seeing the demo and confirming the order, the customer cannot claim a refund by saying they did not understand the service.
Advance payment is taken to confirm the project and start the work.
Once the advance payment is received, we may begin work such as:
Website planning
Design setup
Content arrangement
Client guidance
Training or explanation
Domain/hosting discussion
Website customization
Technical setup
Therefore, advance payment is also non-refundable.
If the customer cancels the project after payment or after work has started, no refund will be provided.
However, NRS Bargarh may provide the completed work up to the stage already done, depending on the project status.
Basic changes or revisions may be provided as per the selected package.
Major design changes, new features, extra pages, extra training, or changes after approval may be charged separately.
Any payment made for domain, hosting, plugins, themes, payment gateways, tools, or third-party services is strictly non-refundable.
These charges are controlled by third-party companies and cannot be refunded by NRS Bargarh.
The client must provide correct business details, logo, photos, contact number, address, product/service details, and other required content on time.
Delay in providing information, approval, or payment may delay the project delivery.
Refund will not be given due to delays caused by the client.
Before making payment, the client is advised to clearly understand:
What service is being provided
What features are included
What is not included
Timeline of delivery
Maintenance/support terms
Extra charges, if any
Once payment is made, it will be considered that the client has understood and accepted the service.
NRS Bargarh reserves the right to cancel a project if the client provides false information, behaves unprofessionally, delays required content for a long period, or violates our terms.
In such cases, refund will depend on the work completed and expenses already made. If work has started or third-party costs have been paid, refund may not be provided.
